NEWS : CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT UPDATE: Following the new Consumer protection Act which was introduced on the 1st April 2011, which as you well know will have a far reaching impact on our industry as a whole and those members who deal with Companies with a turnover of less than R2 million per annum in particular. The CPHA in order to protect it’s members is in the proccess of haveing or Conditions of Hire reviewed and written into “simple language” as required by the Act.
